Lars Mitchell, M.P.T., O.C.S., C.S.C.S. is the owner and director of Kingsley Physical Therapy. He is a licensed physical therapist and is also board certified as both an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which is the gold standard for the training and rehabilitation of athletes at all levels. He has furthered his skills with advanced training in the spine, manual therapy, functional biomechanics, sports medicine, ASTYM, functional training, headaches, myofascial trigger points, and vertigo. Lars lives locally in Kingsley and has a real passion for getting people back in the game, both in sports and life.

Gina Gray, D.P.T., O.M.P.T.

Heather Greenwald, M.S.P.T. has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist.  The last 15 years have been focused in orthopedics, sports medicine, and rehabilitation of the spine.  She has been diligent in her pursuit of advanced clinical education and has developed exceptional skills in manual therapy for the spine and extremities as well as myofascial release.  She is an expert in orthopedics, biomechanical assessment, post-surgical rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and fitting for orthotics.  She enjoys yoga, hockey, and the outdoors with a special affinity towards horses.

Brenda Steinebach is the office manager at Kingsley Physical Therapy.  She has a great diversity of health care related experience and is passionate about serving our patients and community.  She has a good understanding of insurance policies and enjoys helping patients get the answers they need.
